What should I wear to class?Wear comfortable workout attire that allows for ease of movement. Shorts and a tank top or sports bra are recommended as they allow for better grip on the pole. Avoid excessively loose clothing that may hinder movement or get caught on the pole. Do not wear any lotion/oil or rings.

Do I need any prior experience in dance or fitness?No prior experience is required! Our classes cater to individuals of all skill levels, from complete beginners to experienced dancers. Our instructors will guide you through each step, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.

What if I have no upper body strength? Can I still participate?Absolutely! Pole dancing is a fantastic way to build strength, particularly in the upper body and core. Our classes are designed to cater to individuals of all fitness levels, and our instructors will provide modifications and assistance as needed.

Do I need to book in advance for classes?While walk-ins are welcome if space permits, we highly recommend booking your classes in advance to secure your spot, particularly for popular class times. You can book through our website or the mindbody app.

Are there any age restrictions for classes?Participants must be at least 18 years old to attend our regular classes. However, we may offer specialized classes or events for younger age groups. Please contact us for more information.

What should I bring to class?Bring water to stay hydrated and a towel if needed. Some students also find it helpful to bring grip aids such as grip gloves or dry hands.

Can I attend classes if I'm pregnant?We recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before participating in any physical activity during pregnancy. While some pregnant individuals may be able to safely participate in modified pole classes, it's essential to prioritize your safety and well-being.

Do you offer private lessons?Yes, we offer private lessons for individuals or small groups. Private lessons are a great way to receive personalized instruction tailored to your specific goals and abilities. Contact us or the instructor directly for more information and to schedule a private session. Each instructor's private rates are different.

Is pole dancing only for women?Absolutely not! Pole dancing is for everyone, regardless of gender. We welcome individuals of all genders and identities to our studio and strive to create an inclusive and supportive environment for all.

What is your cancellation policy?We have a 2 hour prior cancellation policy for classes. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 2 hours before the scheduled class to avoid being charged. Late cancellations may result in a fee.

Can I arrive late to class?If you are more than five minutes late for class, you will not be let into the class. It is important to strive to be early for class so the instructor can have time to properly warm all students up. Refunds will NOT be issued for late arrivals exceeding 10 minutes.
