Kadesia's introduction to pole was seeing a few girls doing pole one day. She took a private lesson with one of them, and ever since then, she developed a love for pole dancing. With that love came favorites—Kadesia's favorite moves are Ayesha and Twisted Genie.

When she resumed pole dancing after having her son, she initially felt self-conscious and weak. However, after consistent training and conditioning, she not only regained her strength but also felt sexy and amazing! This restoration of strength and confidence led Kadesia to secure 1st place in Carolina's Regional - Queen City Cabaret spring 2023, marking it as the best moment of the year for her.

When asked for advice for those interested in pole dancing, Kadesia encourages them to just go for it, saying, "You will discover a whole new you, babe!"
